Aoife Lynch

Aoife has joined the team as the Operations and Research Consultant. Prior to joining Camden, she worked in talent acquisition for international banks and boutique recruitment consultancies in Ireland, Luxembourg, and London. She brings extensive research and sourcing experience and is well-positioned to deliver exceptional service and talent insights to our clients.

Aoife graduated from D.I.T. with a B. Sc in Real Estate, and also holds a CIPD certificate in Human Resource Management. In her spare time, Aoife enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family and practicing yoga.
