Company Overview:
Our client is a market leading Management Company based in Dublin.
The Role:
Acting as a Designated Person for PCF-39 for Regulatory Compliance you will be based in Dublin but also have responsibility our clients international group entities.
Key Duties:
- Ensuring all regulatory and legal filings are made on time including to the Central Bank of
- Ireland and other competent authorities
- Maintaining adequate policies & procedures to ensure compliance with the firm’s legal &
- regulatory obligations
- Providing monthly written compliance reports to the firm’s Risk Committee
- Providing quarterly written compliance reports to the Board of Directors
- Guiding and educating the firm’s management and staff on compliance matters and updating
- knowledge on recent regulatory changes
- Maintaining an effective compliance framework such that the firm can operate in a compliant
- Regularly performing a compliance risk assessment and Maintaining a monitoring programme
- Addressing communication and guidance from the CBI in respect of compliance and regulatory
- matters
- Conducting and overseeing internal reviews or audits
- Conducting or directing the internal investigation of compliance issues
- Maintenance of internal checklists and templates
Job Requirements:
- 5 – 10 years regulatory/ compliance experience within fund services or investment management industry
- Degree Qualified
- Professional Qualification or the LCOI designation desirable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Specific experience of UCITS and AIFM Regulations
- Must meet minimum requirements of Central Bank of Ireland fitness and probity rules in respect of a PCF holder
