Our client, a leading Alternative Investment Manager, is expanding its Irish operation and seeking a high-performing junior Operations professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to managing client relationships and enhancing processes within a dynamic business environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support clients throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing communications and relationship management.
  • Manage daily client information tasks, including onboarding new client contacts and processing change requests.
  • Develop and refine policies and rules for client data classification to ensure proper information handling and organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance internal efficiencies and controls.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to contribute to improved process designs.
  • Safeguard and enrich investor data through an internal CRM.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an Asset Manager or Fund Administrator, with prior client service experience.
  • An understanding of alternative investment products.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
