A market leading Management Company who specialise in operations, governance, risk and compliance are currently recruiting a MLRO associate as a result of significant business growth.

The Position:

Supporting the Designated Person MLRO, you will get the opportunity to carry out actives on several UCITS and AIFM investment funds.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining beneficial ownership registers for clients of the firm and filing of same with the central registry
  • Assisting with the preparation of quarterly MLRO Reports
  • Assisting with drafting & maintenance of AML Policies
  • Responsible for organisation of annual on-site inspections at the fund Administrator and drafting of on-site reports
  • Dealing with Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) financial sanctions alerts
  • Investigating potentially suspicious transactions and activities
  • Liaising with external stakeholders on all AML/CTF matters

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified
  • Professional Qualification or the LCOI designation
  • Fluency in AML/CTF legislation/regulation/industry best practice as it applies to the

funds industry

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
  • 3 + years fund services or investment management industry experience
