The Role:

You will be part of team that is responsible for designing investment solutions for an institutional client base.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team who have a diverse background in Asset Management.

This role is fast paced and will suit a buyside professional with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and a proactive approach to work.

Key Duties:

• Evaluate business and client requirements to design and oversee the development of new investment solutions to support expansion and growth.
• Develop innovative solutions across the entire Investment Solutions value proposition from initial investment strategy design, ongoing implementation, through to client reporting and engagement, and always using a practical and commercial lens.
• Facilitate Sales, Business development and Client service as a centre of excellence across the full suite of solutions.
• Work directly with clients to understand their investment needs with the ability to translate those requirements across teams to enable seamless implementation.
• Collaborate across teams including portfolio management, operations, legal, compliance, project management & sales and contribute to overall thinking on our solution set.
• Develop and maintain product, market, and segment intelligence to assist in solution design.
• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a comprehensive Investment Solutions value proposition strategy.

 Job Requirements:

• 5 years + investment management, product development or research experience.
• Degree qualified and professional qualification desirable. (CFA or CAIA)
• Self-starter with energy, proactivity, and ability to deliver outcomes meeting both commercial and regulatory goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Results oriented and strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
