Investment Operations Professional

Our client, a global private equity firm, is recruiting an Investment Operations Professional.  This role will provide middle office and operations support across the Fund lifecycle and oversight of external fund administrators.

Key Duties:

• Manage daily to monthly fund processes including cash management, NAV reviews, FX swaps, and portfolio system accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, fund administrators, and assist investor relations with KYC, due diligence, and client communication.
• Assist in transaction execution for new investments/divestments and handle general administrative and ad hoc tasks.
• Manage trade execution, cash management and regulatory & financial reporting activities.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years+ experience within a Fund Accounting, NAV or Fund Oversight position,
• Exposure to Private Equity and Hedge Funds is essential.
• Part-qualified accountant or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and databases.
• Effective communicator, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions.
