We are delighted to partner with an entrepreneurial and technology-focused fund services firm experiencing high growth across Europe.


This is a newly created position, and the successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to manage and provide strategic direction to the Dublin office’s Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and Financial Reporting departments.

You will collaborate closely with the US team to support the implementation of all new product initiatives and play a key role in enhancing the operating model, ensuring it is both efficient and scalable.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing overall client service, supporting business development activities, and ensuring financial goals are achieved.

Key Requirements:

  • 10 to 15+ years of senior management experience within Funds or Asset Management.
  • Extensive knowledge of alternative funds products.
  • A proven track record in strategic thinking and leadership, with an ability to implement and evaluate strategies for improving operational excellence.
  • Demonstrable relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, across all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Client- and solution-focused.
  • Strong attention to detail and tech-savvy.
  • Third-level qualification.
  • This is a pre-controlled function, so prior PCF approval is desirable.
