Exciting opportunity to join an international fintech company growing its FX team in Dublin.

As an FX Sales Manager, you will promote the growth of the institutional brand by building great relationships with Irish business and retail clients. This is a Dublin based, hybrid role, with a highly ranked company offering a market-leading compensation package.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective strategies for acquiring new Irish-based business clients across all sectors.
  • Tailor solutions based on a deep understanding of clients’ investment objectives and FX requirements.
  • Build credibility through effective networking and presentations, showcasing comprehensive international payment and FX solutions to meet client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including FX dealing and operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

 

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a proven track record of business development within FX or financial services, selling to business clients and establishing strategic partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
  • Strong understanding of FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques preferable.
  • Experienced negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, spot opportunities and monetize your network.
