Fund Accounting Manager

Our client, a global investment management and fund services firm, are currently looking to hire an experienced Private Equity Fund Accounting professional to manage their Luxembourg team.

Reporting to the country head and working very closely with the country Head, you will be responsible for NAV production and oversight on work performed by the Dublin office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all established fund accounting processing procedures and controls are completed.
• Working with the head of Luxembourg to ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Managing new fund launches, internal audit and oversight of external counterparties.
• Participate in annual due diligence oversight program of delegates and AIFM
• Review monthly/quarterly revenue for assigned funds.
• Review, approve and provide comments were applicable of month-end/quarter-end valuations prepared by our Dublin office.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of offshore and domestic requirements for alternative/private equity funds.

Job Requirements:

• Strong fund accounting experience in Private Equity, Real Estate or Debt funds
• Proven success managing a team of fund accountants is essential.
• Experience establishing or participating in the setup of a new function or the establishment or new processes and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
