Equity Portfolio Manager – Family Office

A well-established family office in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced Equity Trader to join its investment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of European and global equity markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to the build-out of the firm’s trading infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Execute equity trades across global markets, ensuring best execution and efficient order flow management.
• Monitor market trends, macroeconomic developments, and trading signals to optimize investment strategies, and communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
• Develop and implement trading strategies that align with the firm’s investment objectives.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with brokers, counterparties, and financial institutions.
• Assist in the development and improvement of the firm’s trading infrastructure, including execution platforms and analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of experience in equity trading or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of European and global equity markets with a proven trading track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a small, high-performance team.
• Experience with trading platforms, order management systems, and execution algorithms.
• Ability to contribute to the development of trading infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency.
