This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious alternative investment manager and be part of a global product team. In this role, you will be responsible for client management, investor reporting to institutional clients, and supporting the firm’s marketing activities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving client management and engagement.
  • Generating marketing materials for new and existing products.
  • Creating and updating fund and SMA client reporting materials.
  • Contributing to bespoke prospect materials and proposals.
  • Producing fund board reporting materials and helping manage board relationships.
  • Preparing for and participating in client calls alongside portfolio managers.
  • Completing diligence questionnaires and RFPs.
  • Providing other business support and helping with strategic initiatives, including new product development.
  • Maintaining close collaboration with portfolio managers and other internal partners throughout.
  • Strengthening existing client relationships and driving business initiatives forward.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent academic background.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or transaction services.
  • Strong knowledge of public or private credit.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • A high degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to effectively manipulate data and present information visually.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced global team environment.
