Due to increased client demand we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

As a consultant working within our team, you will focus on sourcing and building relationships with high performing candidates by applying our best-in-class recruitment practises.

You will develop and manage a professional network to maximize candidate sourcing opportunities, uncover market intelligence, and identify potential recruitment opportunities.

There are exceptional growth opportunities for the successful candidate. You will receive comprehensive training and develop your skills further in research, interviewing, relationship building and business development.

To be considered for this position, you will possess the following:

Excellent Academics.
2 – 4 years relevant experience within recruitment, consulting, or professional/financial services.
The ability to engage with people and develop/build strong working relationships.
Be open to continuous learning and research to become an expert in your niche market.
Self-motivated, determined, and curious.
